Hi I Hope You Can Help Me.My Frenulum Is Swollen

Hi I hope you can help me.My Frenulum is swollen for about a month and a half now. I visited my doctor who had a look at it but said I have nothing to worry about. But I do worry about it. It bothers me. My foreskin is not swollen just the Frenulum. Will taking Ibuprofen help a bit to remove inflammation? I do not want to be circumcised at all. Is there any cream or anything that can remove the swelling so it returns to normal please ?
