Hi, I Hurt When Ever I Do Any Thing. My

Hi, I hurt when ever I do any thing. My legs my hip my knees my shoulder my neck my back. I am 57. The pain pills hurts my tummy so I can't take over the counter pain meds and the ones the Drs. Give they just don't seem to work. I am not sure what to do any more.
