Hi, I Injured My Ankle A Few Weeks Ago Blocking

Hi,

I injured my ankle a few weeks ago blocking a shot in hockey. The impact was located at the top part of the front of the ankle. I didn't have any pain or loss of mobility but had alot of swelling and some pooling of blood in the bottom of my foot which has now dispersed.
