Hi I Injured My Neck A Little Over A Week

Hi I injured my neck a little over a week ago. its clearly not broke, as Im fully functional, but I sit all day with an ice pack, cant sleep, and do not have full range of motion. I cant think of anything I did for this to occur...nothing is helping. The Chiropractor did an adjustment, and it helped just a little, any suggestions
