Hi I Jus Got Hit Hard With Stainless Steel Refrigerator

Hi I jus got hit hard with stainless steel refrigerator door side of my eye the eye brow bone I guess . It blew up and I have large round bump now didn't break skin not bleeding . Right now got ice on it try to reduce swelling what do I do ? Is it big concern or just b bruised ? Thank you Anthony
