I just ate some broccoli and felt something sandy in my mouth as I bit through the broccoli. I thought t was the hard pieces of black pepper but later I found those were the tiny particles of the ceramc plate that was broken along the corners. I had crushed them under my teeth and swallowed them. What should I do?
