Hi! I Just Awoke From Sleep With A Severe Cramp

Hi! I just awoke from sleep with a severe cramp in the tendon/ligament ?? that runs from the middle of my shin to the medial side of my upper foot. I turned on the light and saw it was very tensed up. I also noticed the veins in my foot and some veins further up the leg were engorged. The veins in my foot and lower leg were also somewhat engorged. When I raised my legs above my head, the engorgement went down. The pain went away completely. I'm a 70-year-old male. Thanks for your time and attention. If I don't hear back from you in 5 minutes, I'm going to go back to sleep. Have a nice day.
