Hi, I Just Checked Into A Fancy Hotel And Watched

Hi, I just checked into a fancy hotel and watched a movie on the couch with my legs stretched out with my pj's on and an hour later I have about a hundred red itchy bumps on the backs of my legs. Now I am in bed and there are little tiny black shells on the top of the comforter. Could this be bed bugs?
