Hi. I Just Discovered A Soft, Oval, Approx Dime Sized,

Hi. I just discovered a soft, oval, approx dime sized, moveable, non painful lump sitting above my clavicle close to the shoulder. Should I be concerned? May be completely unrelated but also in last few days have noticed my arm on that side feels off (weaker?) slight discomfort on proximal end of fourth metacarpal when moving, not sure but questioning whether fingers on that hand feel weaker or less agile.
