Hi, I Just Fell Down The Stairs Hitting My Butt

Hi, I just fell down the stairs hitting my butt on the edge of each stair. I have pain in my butt that is radiating down the back of my legs. I took two Advil and have been icing. Should I be concerned about the pain in my legs or should I be doing something else at this point? Thank you.
