Hi! I Just Found A Pile Of Little Crumbs Along

Hi! I just found a pile of little crumbs along side an entire trey of empty 75mg synthroid medication in my 3yr olds room. Their must have been at least 15+ pills in the trey!!! Should I take him to the ER?
