I just got back from a few days at the beach yesterday. Today I noticed a dryness/smoothness/scaliness under the head of my penis. Now my entire scrotum is very dry and scaly, very red. Could this be sunburn symptoms, or something more serious? It came on suddenly (over the course of a few hours).
