Hi, I Just Got Back From Vacation In The Dominican

Hi,

I just got back from vacation in the Dominican republic. While there I developed a sudden severe case of diarrhea with stomach cramps. It got better after two days but now has returned. I am drinking lots of fluids but can't seem to eat much without an issue. I figured it is travelers diarrhea...how long should I wait to get it checked out.
