Hi, I Just Got Midcycle Bleeding, Almost Like A Period,

Hi,
I just got midcycle bleeding, almost like a period, followed by severe itching and stinging and foul odor externally between my vagina to and around my anus. I thought yeast infection, but my vagina isn't bothersome. its the external that is totally confusing me. I have gotten the midcycle bleeding once in a while over the past couple of years. While I was bleeding I felt the singing and itching more around my anus. when the bleeding stopped it the sensation moved toward my vulva. the smell was also just...horrible. I have been putting the cream in the small tube that comes in monistat wondering if its a yeast infection. A couple years back when I had a yeast infection between my butt cheeks (diaper rash). I don't remember this stinging but...it was over 8 years ago so i don.t totally remember. Some symptoms seem to have decreased with the cream. Could this be anything else? there doesn't seem to be any bumps. There was one tiny spot bleeding at my vulva but it looked a little raw. I am mostly just red between my butt cheeks and toward my vulva. Of course I am wondering about STDs because I am single. Can i be doing damage from trying the monistat cream? and should i try internally even if its not itching? (not sure if that can do damage).
