Hi I Just Got My TSH Drawn And It Came

Hi I just got my TSH drawn and it came back 0.002 and I don't have my thyroid. The ER dr lowered my dose from 150 MCG down to 137 MCG, but I'm having horrible symptoms which all brought me to the ER to begin with. Chest pain, shortness of breath, anxiety, muscle weakness, extreme fatigue, palpitations, don't feel like "me", confusion at times and extremely depressed. Have felt this way for a week. Also feel extremely anxious. Don't know if I need to go back to the ER. I also have adrenal gland insufficiency and a pituitary tumor. Thank you
