Hi, I Just Got My Wisdom Teeth Removed Exactly A

Hi, I just got my wisdom teeth removed exactly a week ago. The left side still hurts and is a bit swollen. There is a hard lump on the bottom of my jawline near where the tooth was. Will this go down? I have no fever Or signs of an infection or dry socket. The pain is bearable but is still there. Also my jaw is very hard to open and when I do open it, it won't open far. Will this go away aswell?
