Hi, I Just Got My Wisdom Teeth Removed This Morning

Hi, I just got my wisdom teeth removed this morning at 11am. Since then, I tried eating yogurt, but I threw it up within 10 minutes. Whenever I sit or stand up I am overwhelmed with fatigue and nearly passed out twice. Are these symptoms of post wisdom teeth removal common?
