Hi, I Just Got Off Of Amoxicillin For Strep Throat

Hi, I just got off of amoxicillin for strep throat (2 pills a day for 7 days) and I am supposed to get my period tomorrow, but haven't had any of the usual signs. I usually get cramps one or two days before my period but haven't had any at all. I'm not on any birth control, could the antibiotics delay my period or affect it in any way?
