Hi, I Just Got Over A Very Severe Allergic Reaction

Hi, I just got over a very severe allergic reaction to ct contrast and at the tail end my lymph nodes on my left side of my face by my ear got painful/swollen, I have a constant migraine, and I have back pain when moving. I just started a round of antibiotics to help with the allergic reaction and I noticed a slight change but not too much. Could you please assist?
