I just got the result of my transvaginal ultrasound and the result are as follows:
The uterus is anteverted with smooth contour and homogenous echopattern measuring 4.94 x 3.81 x 3.90 cm. The endometrium is isoechoic measuring 0.50 cm in thickness. Within the endometrium is a hyperehoic mass 0.43 x 0.75 cm probably a polyp.
The right ovary is lateral measuring 4.54 x 2.76 x 2.76 cm.
The left ovary is lateral measuring 3.38 x 3.12 x 2.23 cm.
Both ovaries with multiple immature follicles with central echo dense structure.
Cervix measures 2.50 x 2.35 x 1.88 cm.
IMPRESSION:
Anteverted Uterus
Endometrial Polyp as described
Polycystic Ovaries, Bilateral
