Hi, I Just Had A Deep Cleaning On My Upper

Hi, I just had a deep cleaning on my upper left on Tuesday, and have had intensifying swelling in my cheek and lymph, and pain around my gums ...Today, the pain was severe but has alleviated with tylenol and asperin. I knew I would be sore for a couple of days, but why is it intensifying?
