Hi , I Just Had A Issue I Had To

Hi , I just had a issue I had to leave a restaurant because I felt like I was going to black out,I got into my truck but couldn't focus I called my Husband and he said I was very hard to understand. I finally made it home and threw up and now I have a severe headache. Please help !
