Hi, I Just Had A Septoplasty And Turbinate Reduction Yesterday.

Hi, I just had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction yesterday. I feel a very uncomfortable amount of pressure in and around my nose and in my ears. When I swallow this gets worse. All I've been doing is spraying a saline nasal spray up my nose about every 30 minutes while awake. It there any way to relieve this horrible pressure?
