Hi, I Just Had A Single Glass Of Wine. I

Hi,
I just had a single glass of wine. I have a head cold and am worried I will not get enough sleep due to being filled up and having a cough. I'm wondering if it is safe to take a dose of nyquil even though I drank the wine about an hour ago ? Any advice is greatly appreciated. I just want to make sure it is a safe combination even in a small amount.
