Hi, I Just Had A Thrombroshed Hemmroid Lanced In The

Hi, I just had a thrombroshed hemmroid lanced in the ER. I took a site bath shortly after getting home b/c I had to go to the bathroom #2. There was quite a lot of blood. The numbness has worn off and I'm experiencing quite a bit of discomfort. Took 2 Tylenol and I'm laying down on side with icepack. Is there anything else I can do to alleviate my discomfort?
