Hi, I Just Had My First Vaccination Shot From Pfizer,

Hi, I just had my first vaccination shot from Pfizer, Yesterday the 14, at 6:00pm, I didn’t feel any symptoms till around 8pm my arm, armpit started to feel really itchy, my index finger and middle finger starting to get numb and started feeling more pain in my arm. Today around 12 I got woken up due to my left side of Jaw locking up and a horrible pain in my left ear also my left breast and leg felt like hot water was running through from inner body. Would this be something I should be worrying about?
