Hi I Just Had My Third Child 5 Months Ago

Hi I just had my third child 5 months ago and I breastfeed. My period has not came yet, and my urine has been cloudy yellow for the past week and a half. The last time my husband and I had sex was December 31st and I had my period 3weeks after as usual. But now it hasn't came and this month is almost over. I haven't had any pain at all when urinating. But my vagina where my ureatha is has been swollen after I pee, also there is no odor. What could it be?
