Hi I Just Had The Minera Birth Control Put Inside

Hi I just had the minera birth control put inside of me I had my son 7 months ago but I got the deposit shot and by the time I went to change my birth control because I didn't like it he told me I was already fertile but when they did a pregnancy test on me it was negative. Me and husband has unprocted sex the night before I got the minera put in and also the day of & twice maybe after that. My pregnancy test came up positive but the one faint I been sick and all other pregnant symptoms. My stumic cramping has not stop sense the day I got it put in. and now I'm having this discharge come out of me it looks like pure water I never seen this before please help!!
