Hi! I Just Left After Hours Urgent Care And Got

Hi! I just left after hours urgent care and got a script for Sucralfate. I've been having a lot of reflux symptoms today that of course mimic heart attack symptoms. I have not been having any chest pain. A little tightness, but I can't tell if its tightness or burning. Main symptom today is throat tightness, sensation of a lump. Anyway, I took the Sucralfate at 6pm and it doesn't seem to have had any effect. Is that because of all of the other antacids in my system (i.e. Tums, Pepcid, Mylanta).
