Hi. I Just Noticed A Pimple Like Bump On The

Hi.
I just noticed a pimple like bump on the back of my neck, it's high up just before the hairline. It's located dead centre of my spine. It hurts to touch (3 out of 10) and it hurts about 2-4cm down my neck as well. I have had a bad head ache yesterday, as well as two days prior. I don't have any flu symptoms. Should I go to the doctor? Is there cause for concer? Please help!
