Hi, I Just Noticed Bubbles, Tiny Bubbles Coming Up Out

Hi, I just noticed bubbles, tiny bubbles coming up out of my BM then they pop. some of them seem to have some stool sedement along with them and when the bubble pops the sedement falls away. I have 2 cats and a dog. I am pretty healthybut lately I have been very tired. I'm 5' tall 105lbs 62yrs old take no meds only vits,
Do I Have parasites ? HELP!
