Hi, I Just Put My Takeaway Box In The Microwave

Hi, I just put my takeaway box in the microwave with a chicken wrap in it that's wrapped in like a foil kind of material. And the takeaway box has melted and it has burnt the box and the material the wrap is in. I was in a rush and completely forgot it wasn't microwaveable. What are the effects of eating it? Is it harmful? Will I be ill?
