Hi I Just Received My Period A Week Early But

Hi I just received my period a week early but it isn't like the normal bleeding. It is like a black color like old blood. I have taken two plan B pills this month since I received my last period and I have been very stressed with finals coming up in college. Also I have been having very bad stomach aches. What is wrong?
