Hi I Just Received Some Labs I Have Been To

Hi I just received some labs I have been to Mexico 1 month ago had diarrhea for 4 days Hightliver enzymes however they have come down not normal now I just received a EBV Viral Capsid AG (VCA Ab Igg test results 4.01also EBVNuclear AG (EBNA) AB (Igg) results 4.13 Please advise I am an retird LPN however do not know much about this area .Iam waiting for my Doctor to call me back I want a second opinion thank you Florence
