Hi I Just Recently Got A Tummy Tuck, Muscle Repair

Hi I just recently got a tummy tuck, muscle repair and hernia repair. Lately I've been really swollen, and I don't know if this is normal but if I wear underwear it indent my incision and below my belly button in. When I wear my compression girdle it still doesn't help with the swelling. My ps took a look at it and like always says it looks great. That I'm doing great. He doesn't really talk to me. Just look and he out. Now I'm having hot flashes and burning up. Is this normal.? He didn't say what I can do at 4 weeks/1month now. So I been doing a lot of mommy duties and bending down, reaching, cleaning and just feel like crap now. Just worried
