Hi! I Just Recently Received The Birth Control IUD Nexplanon

Hi! I just recently received the birth control IUD nexplanon about two months ago (before that I was on DEPO for 4years) and my partner and I have been having unprotected sex for about a month or so now. The issue is that I'm having white clumpy discharge with no itching and no redness. It doesn't come off on my underwear but comes off on a finger or penis.. I've had a yeast infection but I'm not sure if this qualifies?
