Hi, I Just Returned From Jamaica, Grand Cayman, And Cozumel.

Hi, I just returned from jamaica, grand cayman, and Cozumel. When showering friday after returning from the beach i noticed what looks like a spider bite on my breast but almost too big to be one. Since then I have had diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramping after eating or drinking anything, even water. Should i be concerned about this?
