Hi, I Just Started My Menistration Today. It Has Been

Hi, I just started my menistration today. It has been many years since I've experienced cramps. However tonight has been a crampy night. I also have been drinking more water than normal which makes me go to the restroom more often. I am quite picky with my choices of public restrooms. Therefore it has put me in a position where I've been holding my urine longer than normal trying to get to a decent restroom when I am out. Could it be possible that I have a uti or am I just having a crampy day?
