Hi, I Just Started On The Pill Last Week And

Hi, I just started on the pill last week and have been feeling very sick since with a sore head. My sister had a blood clot while on the pill which has scared me too. Should I stay on the pill? I'm getting married in 3 weeks and don't want to feel like this on the run up to my wedding.
