Hi I Just Started Taking 5mg Amlodipine Besylate Daily And

Hi I just started taking 5mg Amlodipine Besylate daily and am post-menopausal and worried about osteo/bone density/joint problems....I've read all types of conflicting information and most sources saying not to take any of the items below. Can you please review and advise if I take the following daily:
500mg calcium supplement each with 200mg Vitamin D - If so how many times daily?
1000mg fish oil
100 mg co Q 10
magnesium
1 multi-vitamin?
