Hi, I Just Started Taking Vyvanse For Chronic Fatigue And

Hi, I just started taking Vyvanse for Chronic Fatigue and I also take tramadol for fibromyalgia and neuropathy. I take 40 mg Vyvanse and I just took 25 mg of tramadol. I don't feel anything but I had an interaction with Cymbalta and tramadol. Just scared.
