Hi I just underwent surgery for a ruptured tendon near my bicep I was given general Anastasia surgery went great but for the last couple of days I've been dealing with stomach issues a lot of burping and heart burn especially when I eat, my tongue as turned slightly white any idea what could be going on there's also a slight ringing in my ears
