Hi, I Just Used Canesten Pessary Last Night Due To

Hi, I just used Canesten pessary last night due to infection. Before I inserted it I already have slight bleeding (brownish color) when I woke up today and pee I can see the blood on my urine and that doesnt usually happens to me when I have slight bleeding (im 27 weeks pregnant now). Is it normal or do i have to be checked again?
