Hi, I Just Want To Ask Something Regarding My Skin.

Hi, I just want to ask something regarding my skin.
I'm developing something like pimples all over my skin, ( They are not actually pimples )
When it grows it is always red, in about one day or so it get a black spot in it's center. Please help if you know what is the name of this disease and any treatment which could be done to prevent it.
