Hi I Just Want To Inquire I Have Patient A

Hi I just want to inquire I have patient a senior citizen already on hemodialysis twice a week,have history of highblood,ashtma,osteoarthritis and suspected osteoporosis,she have problems eating since February because of high creatinine she always vomit the food she eat.She have hard eating chewing her food cause she had no teeth plus theres a problem with her throat everytime she eats she cough as if something block inside so what we did we feed her cerelac but the problem she still vomit and was hospitalized for almost a wek because of bleeding ulcer,my question now if is it okay eating cerelac only while on daily maintainance of 10med a day?
