Hi... I Just Want To Know What Does Reticular Densities

Hi... I just want to know what does reticular densities seen on both upper lobe means. Does it mean i have an active TB? I dont smoke, no cough and fever. My heart is normal and the fractures are intact.. I feel fine. Except having a back pain due to over work 8hrs and sometimes 16hrs sitting in front of PC and mostly i dont get some sleep cause to loss my appetite.
