Hi I Just Wanted To Find Out What Sickness Do

Hi I just wanted to find out what sickness do I have with the symptoms I have now. I am running a high fever 102.7, my upper back is aching down to my lower back. Body also aches from the clothes I wear or when someone touches me. I have the chills and light headed. Dry cough and chest hurts when coughing as well as my side. I've had these symptoms for three days
