I just went to the orthodontist today. They put something in my mouth. It looks like 2 blue balls in my mouth. The "blue balls" prevent me from my upper and lower teeth touching each other bc they are in the way and it is really hard to chew with them if my teeth are not touching. What exactly are the "blue balls" and is there anyway to eat betterr with them in the way?
