Hi, I Just Woke Up And Thought I Had A

Hi, I just woke up and thought I had a heavy period and had gotten it on the bed. I jumped to the bathroom where it continued but when I used the tissue there was no blood. I'm definitely not pregnant and have not had recent sex or exercise. I can off the contraceptive pill about 5wks ago and haven't gotten my period yet.
