Hi I Just Wondering What To Do As My Belly

Hi I just wondering what to do as my belly has been big since December and has been getting big and now I look like I'm about 3 months pregnant bump but I've done so many tests that I've lost count most of them come back negative but I've had a few positives for example 2 weeks ago I did 4 and they all came back positive but the other day I've done one and it's came back negative so I don't know why it keeps differing and it's frustrating as I would like to know once and for all I've been having all symptoms too and my bump is noticeable so I was just wondering what you would advise me to do
